Our applications need the following permissions on mobile devices:

1. R/W to external storage (used for reading our notification mp3 files)
2. Vibration (used for notifying you in case of unread messages)
3. MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS / READ_PHONE_STATE (used for playing notification audio files when you have our application open/active)
4. Internet/Network (for communication with your local server and our cloud servers)
5. Apple/Android push notification services (used for notifying you in case of unread message)

In addition, we collect and backup the following information:

By using any of the Services provided by UOrder, it is presumed that you have read, understand and fully accept the terms and conditions without any reservation. If you are found to have breached our policies as set out by UOrder at any time and in its sole discretion, we may send you a warning and suspend or terminate your Account.

UOrder makes every effort to ensure that the Services provided and their content are accurate, may include errors or inaccuracies. As a user, you accept that access to them is at your own risk and you assume any risk that may arise from their access and use.

UOrder provides its Services “AS IS”, without any warranty suitable for any purpose, uninterrupted availability, data security and absence of errors. UOrder does not guarantee that it will meet any user requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UOrder disclaims any liability that may be related to warranties, terms or compliance with the Services.

UOrder is not responsible for any damage suffered by the user either from use, or inability to use, or delays in use, or interruption of usability for any reason in specific properties or specifications of the Services.

Some of our Services are available on mobile devices. Do not use these Services in a way that distracts you and prevents you from complying with traffic or security laws.

We inform that in our applications we use cookies, pixels tags, local storage methods and other related technologies, to offer better, faster, personalized and more secure Services.

In addition to the violations described in the Terms of Service, the user is expressly prohibited from performing the following actions.

Creating or facilitating spam (“spam”). Sending, uploading, distributing or promoting or offering on your part to perform similar acts of illegal, defamatory, offensive, insulting, misleading, harmful, obscene or otherwise reprehensible content.

Intentional distribution of viruses, worms, harmful material, Trojan horses, infected files, or any other harmful or misleading information. The execution or promotion of pyramid type advertising material and the like. Content transmission may be harmful to young people.

The appropriation of another person’s data (using a third party Account) or otherwise untrue presentation of your person. The illegal transmission of material that constitutes intellectual property or other strictly personal data without the prior permission of the holder or authorized licensor. The use of the Services for the purpose of violating the legal rights (such as privacy and disclosure rights) of other persons.

The promotion or encouragement of illegal acts. Interference with the use made by other users of the Services. The creation of multiple user accounts in any breach of the Agreement or the creation of user accounts through automated means or through false or misleading claims. The sale, marketing, resale or other form of exploitation for any unauthorized commercial or advertising purpose or transfer of any Account.

The removal of any copyright or trademark or other trademark rights contained in or accompanying the UOrder Services name. The interference with the services or their disruption and the smooth operation of any part of the websites that are part of the Services. Use of the Services in connection with illegal peer-to-peer file sharing programs.

Use of the UOrder Services presupposes the existence of appropriate equipment and internet access on the part of the user. The type of equipment may differ in each application, and specifications are subject to change without notice. Check out current specifications from the UOrder website.

UOrder Services allow the user to store and process Data as well as access and perform searches on it. The user is solely responsible for the Data and information he / she enters, including the correctness, legality and completeness of each item. The user is solely responsible for keeping copies of his Data. UOrder is not responsible for any partial or total deletion of Customer Data.

In case of total and only Data loss due to proven fault of UOrder, the user can request a refund of the price paid as a current service subscription.

At the end of the service subscription, the Data remains active and stored for at least thirty days, during which you can reactivate the UOrder services. After this period UOrder can delete them without being able to recover them.

The processing of the entered Data is a necessary condition for the operation of the UOrder Services and their users fully consent to it. Data entered by users of UOrder services may also contain sensitive personal data. During the provision of its Services, UOrder processes this data on behalf of users. Each party guarantees in relation to Personal Data that it will comply (and will ensure by all means that all those who come into contact with or process this data within the organization, comply) with the laws and the European General Regulation for the Protection of Privacy Data, also known as the GDPR.

UOrder is not responsible for the way it manages the Data generated and exported by its Services. Each user of the Services is solely responsible for the use and compliance with the obligations of the GDPR.

Users of the UOrder services are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality and legality of the Personal Data entered or processed, and the means by which they were obtained. Each user of the UOrder services expressly acknowledges and agrees that he / she is responsible and the controller of the data entered or processed. Each contractor using UOrder’s services must have an organization within its organization that is authorized to answer from time to time any questions that may arise about personal data, whether from UOrder or any other official & Government Office.

UOrder warrants that it processes the Data only for the provision of its Services and does not disclose it to third parties. Implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security for the risks posed by malicious acts of third parties, accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access to them. In case of any Data breach event, without undue delay, after becoming aware, it will notify the user involved. It will provide information on the probable cause and consequences for the data subjects of the security breach, the categories of data, a summary of the possible consequences for the relevant data subjects and the measures taken to remedy the breach. None of the parties involved should make any public announcement about any breach of Security without the prior written consent of the other, unless required by applicable law.

UOrder, if it exhausts all legal margins, must delete Personal Data without prior notice or consent of its users, in case they are requested by an official Government person.

In case of non-compliance and proper observance of the instructions for the Personal Data, UOrder has the right to terminate its Services without prior notice.

UOrder applications help in the computerization of a business and possibly manage financial and accounting data such as customer data, items, balances, warehouse, documents, etc. The control and validity of these is entirely the responsibility of users. Any reports generated through the UOrder applications are not official accounting or tax records and can not be used by any Public or Private entity.

General Accounting services are not provided, and UOrder is not required to comply with any applicable tax laws and regulations. The use of the data exported by the applications must be for informational purposes only.

The responsibility for checking the validity, legality and cross-checking of tax data before any official submission rests solely with the company and its accountant.

UOrder uses cloud computing technology for the best possible availability and performance.

In case of inability of the user to access the Services through the fault of UOrder, for a period of more than 0.2% per quarter, the user can request a refund of the price paid as a subscription corresponding to three months.

UOrder applies technologies, processes and international practices for high security of user transactions with servers, such as the total use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption when accessing services. UOrder does not guarantee the success of such technologies and processes, and assumes no responsibility in the event of damage to the user due to loss, alteration, destruction of Data due to malfunction, errors or failures of the Services and security systems, as well as by malicious action of third parties.

UOrder has the right to use any communication channel it wishes with the user (indicative phone, email, sms, mail) to inform about any issue it deems appropriate. The user expressly consents to this and undertakes to regularly check both the validity of the contact information and access to it.

UOrder provides its services by subscription. Reserves the right to change the time and amount of subscriptions without prior notice. In case of late payment reserves the right to terminate access to its Services, to downgrade the Account to another package or even to remove it completely.

Subscriptions on expiration restrict or completely remove user access to UOrder Services. In case of renewal, the subscription date continues from the last day of the subscription.
